As with all Michael O’Mara books, this is a quality colouring book. A4 with a cardboard cover and a massive 128 pages of patterns and geometric designs.
The paper is bright white and smooth, with a nice medium thickness. I’ve had no issues with bleeding or shading with this book.
Images are double sided with that oh so handy white border to prevent images going into that annoying spine.
This book is the epitome of what people think of when they hear colouring for adults. Patterns, flowers, mandalas, full page geometric patterns etc
Each of the patterns are flawless, no mistakes yet that I have seen – something that is rare in a book of primarily patterns this large!
I’ve tried to include a good cross section of what this book contains.
If you get something good out of patterns and repetition, then this book is for you. The repetition is good to get caught up in each stroke and let your mind focus on what you’re doing.
This makes it perfect for anyone with anxiety or insomnia – the ability to get your mind to focus on something else is an excellent tool.
